By submitting the artwork platform, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I declare that the content uploaded does not violate third parties’ intellectual properties right and I have any and all authorizations or permits necessary to use it and render it public. I will indemnify Scribit S.r.l. from any claim or damages deriving from the content I am uploading.
2. Scribit retains the content uploaded for the purpose of internal research and analysis.
3. I grant to Scribit a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to: (i) reproduce and share the content; (ii) produce, reproduce and share materials adapted from the content I am uploading and (iii) public them through any media, platform, and formats. 
4. I retain the inalienable right to be quoted as the author of the content I am uploading. Identification of the creator of the content shall include User Name as indicated in the Scribit App.
